Doesn't have a smell. I thought it would have been a bit flowery due to its ingredients but no smell at all. No irritation to my skin. My skin does feel nice and soft after using. Box was wrapped in bubble wrap - box was sealed and the top of lid had a cap on it. I felt that is was safe and secure in shipping. Bottle is plastic - once you remove the seal, you just squeeze what you want onto your hand and apply to your face. Or you can use a cotton ball.
After using so many different toners, I've found that they can range from those that do a great job at helping to dry out oily skin, to those that add a thin layer of moisture. This is on the moisturizing side of the spectrum. Though it does help to clean and balance to skin, as well as shrink pores, it also leaves a little bit of a thin softening barrier to start you out. Though it does not feel oily at all, but you can tell by the softness of your skin once applied. It is very soothing and delicate. Great for starting out your various layers of skincare for the day, or for using as a simple touch up.Not much of a scent, but when I do pick up something, it is very light and fresh smelling. For the most part, it should be fine for those who do not like scented products.This makes my skin feel very supple and elastic, as well as very soft and smooth. Quite a nice toner for those who prefer a softer toner. I like that it contains hyaluronic acid because that helps to hide some of my finer lines. A very good prep for my daily skincare.All in all, it should be good for all skin types as it is very gentle and soothing. Good for both men and women.

I get why this is called a “calming toner”. As soon as I put it on my skin, it felt super moisturized and even had cooling effect. It’s very soothing and lightweight, which is what I’ve been looking for. I used many different skin care products in wide spectrum, and I would say that this would be one of the best for a lightweight yet moisturizing toner.I also like that I don’t need to use other materials like cotton pads but just use hands to let it absorb into the skin. I’ve only used it for a couple of days but I already feel the difference in my skin. Great buy!!
