If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all products that are unused and in their original packaging.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be unused and unopened

Original packaging must be intact

Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

We will provide a return label via email

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
Tracking & Proof of Delivery

A valid tracking number is required for all returns

Refunds will not be issued until the returned item has been received and inspected
This helps ensure returns are handled accurately and fairly.
Refunds

Once your return is received, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you’re requesting an exchange, our support team will assist you in selecting the appropriate replacement and arranging shipment once the original item is received.
