At Glowkor, we aim to ship orders reliably and transparently.


Where We Ship From

All orders are shipped from our U.S.-based fulfillment centers.

This allows us to:

  • Process orders efficiently

  • Provide tracking on all shipments

  • Maintain consistent delivery standards


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times begin after processing:

United States

  • 7–10 business days

International

  • 10–14 business days, depending on destination and local customs

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.


Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout

  • We do not inflate shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable


Tracking Information

  • Tracking details are sent via email once your order ships

  • Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to activate in the carrier’s system


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders cannot be modified once they have been shipped


Lost or Missing Packages

Once an order is marked as shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact your local courier to file a claim

  • We are unable to issue refunds for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier


Returns & Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We will provide a return label

  • The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

If an item in your order becomes unavailable, we will notify you by email with next steps or alternatives.
